is designed to give you an opportunity to give your body the gift of full-on nourishment and support, to truly renovate your health, and to make deep, long-lasting, exciting changes to your life experience.

Together, we will play detective and explore.

Sacred Indulgence is a unique and comprehensive approach to overall wellness.  It is the commitment to feeling pleasure while taking care of ourselves while ditching the guilt perfectionism causes. It is the tuning out the noise and tuning in to you.

I have learned over the last decade plus of working one-on-one with clients that we are all very, very different people.  What works for me will not work for you.  And what works for me today may not work for me tomorrow. We can read study upon study about how intermittent fasting is your savior or that it will kill you and guess what- both are right.  For some people it’s positively life changing.  For others their endocrine system cannot handle it.  Neither is right nor wrong.  It just means that you are unique and the expert of your own unique body and life experience.

The current health model makes for a lot of confusion and overwhelm.  There is so much conflicting information out there that we don’t even know where to start.

So what do I do, then?

I am here to provide guidance to help you figure out your own blueprint to overall wellness.  What works best for YOU? What feels good to YOU?

I believe holistic health is composed of 6 pillars- movement, nutrition, mindfulness, rest, pleasure, and community.  In Sacred Indulgence use a blend of Human Design, somatic dance therapy and moving meditation, nutritional guidance, and exercise recommendations.  In this method you will learn simple yet effective ways to take care of each pillar.  And most importantly it will be sustainable!

All sessions are done online- preferably on Zoom. You are only required to bring your whole self to our sessions.

Mindfulness

The alignment of body and mind is the best antidote to the fast paced, stressed world in which we live. 

We will develop a customized plan to minimize stress, experience joy, reduce chronic or acute pain, and find mental clarity.

Nourishment

Eat food, not too much, mostly plants” - Michael Pollan 

We can develop an approach to nutrition that is at once sustaining, intuitive, balanced, and flavorful. 

We will explore ideal, energy-boosting foods and supplements designed to contribute to optimal mental and physical functioning along with nourishing rest. 

Movement

Change happens through movement and movement heals” -Joseph Pilates 

We will achieve physical well-being through movements that are varied and enjoyable and that will become part of your life’s routine.

We will find an ideal and achievable way to incorporate movement and recovery into your daily life.
